Gotham Awards 2026 | Filme de diretora brasileira está entre os indicados; veja lista completa

O Gotham Film & Media Institute anunciou nesta terça-feira (27) os indicados à 36ª edição do Gotham Awards, que abrirá oficialmente a próxima grande temporada de premiações de Hollywood. Entre os destaques está Josephine, dirigido pela cineasta brasileira-americana Beth de Araújo, que concorre a Melhor Filme. A seleção reúne 42 longas-metragens e 25 performances, distribuídos em 11 categorias competitivas.

Cinco produções lideram a lista, com quatro indicações cada: All of a Sudden, Clarissa, La Gradiva, O Convite e Tender Loving Care. Também estão entre os indicados Club Kid, The Debut, La Bola Negra, Paper Tiger e Primetime.

“É um prazer anunciar os indicados deste ano. Foi um ano notável para o cinema, com o público lotando as salas para apreciar trabalhos ousados e originais de cineastas estreantes e artistas consagrados”, afirmou Jeffrey Sharp, diretor executivo do Gotham Film & Media Institute. Ele acrescentou que as indicações celebram a comunidade criativa que está no centro da premiação há mais de três décadas.

O Gotham Awards reconhece produções independentes e terá sua cerimônia em 30 de novembro, em Nova York.
